Half-Nekkid Thursday...

...and Wednesday, Tuesday, and Monday, too.

We're finally making some progress! The Critter was doing the go-go dance this morning after breakfast, and I made the suggestion we go try. This time using the big toilet with an adapter seat. Ka-ching! He screamed "I'm doing it Mama!!! I'm doing it now!!" over and over. We then had a celebration wherein we all danced, sang and pranced around shouting "yea, Critter". Then we called Daddy at work. We are beyond excited. Keep your fingers crossed. On a semi-related note, we are having more unseasonably warm weather, and how happy am I about that? We can play outside in the half-buff during this process. Nothing says "freedom" like being naked in a hammock on a warm afternoon.

While we're talking milestones here's a Lulu update:
She has fallen in love with the red puppy on the side of the swing. They have riveting conversations lasting for ages, and apparently he's quite witty, as she spends much of the time giggling hysterically. She is also grasping objects, people! This has prodigy written all over it. I believe she may have gotten that same OCD gene that the Critter has. She spent the better part of her play gym time yeterday willing her right arm into just the right position to grab the toys. It was like she was operating a crane....a little further to the right....more....more....almost there....YOU GOT IT!! Such control! Such precision! Such determination!
