I 'play with' handbells every Monday night, and many Sundays in church.
My secret:
My stress exhibits itself in my skin, currently around my eyes. Redness, puffiness, flakiness, itchiness....

I love the bells, too! I love how the bell players at my church ring them and then hold them and wait for their next ring, with the white gloves on.
