Happy Spook Day!
We had our first ever successful Halloween Night!
It's usually entirely too hot here in Texas to wear any costume except that of a nudist, but a cold front pushed through yesterday afternoon, and it cooled down enough for the boys to wear their fleece costumes all night. As soon as they saw them upon waking up from the nap, they HAD TO HAVE THEM ON RIGHT THIS MINUTE! When Daddy McAustin got home, we went around the cul-de-sac trick-or-treating. The most popular treats by far were the whistles received at Mr. Bones's house. (They don't know yet of the evil that candy and chocolate are:)
